Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Mutfak mobile app provided by Yunus Emre Pak ("Mutfak", "we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Mutfak suggests recipes based on the ingredients in your pantry. You can add ingredients by hand or snap a photo so they are recognized with AI. Photo recognition can be wrong; check the results before adding them.
2. Health, allergens and food safety
Recipes are general information, not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and dietary suitability (for example gluten, nuts or vegan). Diet labels in the app are a guide, not a guarantee. Cook and store food at safe temperatures.
3. Your account
Your account is personal and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account in the app at any time (how?).
4. Premium subscription
- Premium is a monthly subscription charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- It renews automatically every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your store's subscription settings; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Refunds follow Apple's and Google's refund policies. Price changes are announced in advance under the store rules.
- What Premium includes (scans, shopping list, no ads) is as described in the app and on the store page.
5. Ads
The free version of the app shows ads. How ad data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes; not to upload photos containing other people's personal data; not to query the app or our servers in bulk with automated tools, reverse engineer it or disrupt the service.
7. Content
Some recipes are adapted from TheMealDB; the source link appears on the recipe page. The app's design and software belong to us.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce material changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer rights where you live remain unaffected.
